ABOUT

My approach to Pilates is rooted in care, intention, and a deep respect for the body. Before opening Pilates by Jacqueline, I worked as a Labor & Delivery and NICU nurse, and I currently work with autistic children, including those with feeding challenges. I also attended veterinary school for three years, which deepened my lifelong love for the voiceless and shaped the empathy and compassion I bring into every space I’m part of.

I fell in love with Pilates in 2020 during COVID, when movement became both grounding and transformative for me. After trying several studios, I realized I was drawn to classes that truly worked—the ones where you felt strong, challenged, and accomplished when you walked out the door. That feeling became the foundation of Pilates by Jacqueline.

“I feel really good from yesterday’s class. My soreness is really coming from the legwork we do with the ball. It’s always the F****ing ball!”
