This class is designed for expecting and new mothers and ππ‘π π¨π§π₯π² ππ’π₯ππππ¬ ππ₯ππ¬π¬ π¨π π’ππ¬ π€π’π§π π¨ππππ«ππ π’π§ ππ¨ππ€ππ°ππ² πππππ‘. It allows mothers to move safely and stay strong through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Through gentle, supportive Pilates exercises, we focus on strengthening the core and pelvic floor, improving posture, relieving common pregnancy-related discomfort, and helping the body safely rebuild after birth. Participants also have the opportunity to connect and build a supportive community with like-minded moms, creating a space to share, learn, and grow together while feeling strong, confident, and supported. Important: Moms must be medically cleared for exercise
